Simeon Tsolakidis is an Assistant Professor at the Department of Primary Education, Frederick University. He teaches Modern Greek Language and Linguistics. He was educated in Greece and Germany. He has a Ph.D in Greek dialects, Aristotle Univeristy of Thessaloniki, Greece (2002). He was a post-doctoral student at University of Patras (2005-2007) and he is currently a member of the research team of the Modern Greek Dialects Research Lab, Department of Philology, University of Patras. .
